Holder & Combes Accounting is an ACCA registered accountancy and tax consultancy providing fixed fee support to start-ups and growing businesses.
We engaged with their founder as their portfolio saw significant growth and they needed to restructure responsibilities and bring in more staff to support clients’ needs.
A lack of time and recruitment expertise had made hiring difficult in the past so we revamped hiring processes and implemented the right tools and then managed all candidates through the process.
Crucial to making this successful was developing attractive positions that met the needs of the business.
